Jennifer has a background in mortgage banking and entrepreneurship, running her own socially conscious clothing company that was featured by ABC News, Redbook and USA Today to name a few. The company, Mirror Me Esteem-wear, was dedicated to the self-esteem and empowerment of young girls and women.

Jennifer spends her free time with her family and helping out LAUSD schools by funding important programs. She recently did a farm sponsorship at Paul Revere Middle School in Brentwood, previously fully funded the music program at Beethoven Elementary in Mar Vista, and funded the art program, Art in Action, at Broadway Elementary in Venice, CA. She has also volunteered as an art teacher for Art in Action, as well as created and taught Empathy classes. These programs provide many benefits, including building empathy and self-esteem among children and adolescents.

Before fundraising to end trafficking, Jennifer Petsu owned the company Mirror Me Esteem-wear, a company dedicated to the self-esteem and empowerment of young girls and women. Through Mirror Me and the publicity that it created in television and print such as Oxygen Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, Redbook Magazine, USA Today, ABC 7, ABC Sonoran Living, Extra “Hot New Stuff” etc. Jennifer was able to raise awareness and funds for other organizations dedicated to women’s empowerment.
